In response, Spade goes one step further in its service proposal: here is the birth of the partnerhip with Koalect!

Koalect, what is it?

Koalect is first and foremost a superb Belgian initiative now present in 5 other countries in Europe. It aims to make the most of digital to engage your communities and generate a strong social impact.

In concrete terms, Koalect is 3 services to activate the participation of people at your side:

• GIVE – classic donation modules to be integrated on all media
• DO – crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, it is a question of proposing to your community to launch its own fundraising (to participate in an event, for example a fundraising for a sports race)
• SCAN – QR codes to be integrated everywhere to facilitate direct donation

A module also allows you to create and manage a mini online shop for the occasional sale of items (an accessory linked to a campaign for example), without having to create a complete e-shop.

These services offer great freedom of customisation. For example, indicate in the donation form that such and such an amount is equivalent to such and such an action, that such and such an amount will allow this or that, etc. You can set up short-, medium- and long-term donation policies, and for each one you can run its own page with news, updates and information for the people involved.

The must-haves:

• Koalect provides the information necessary for the attribution of tax certificates.
• In compliance with the RGPD, Koalect ensures the collection of data from donors for marketing purposes – all you have to do is connect the Koalect platform to your CRM tool – thus constituting an additional prospecting channel.
